Development blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the photographs.
Also featured in this new document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring plans for dock shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the current oversight process.
